I am a licensed psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. I completed my clinical training at CYC in San Francisco, working closely with youth, and at Marin Family Services in San Rafael, supporting both youth and adults in the community. I have over 12 years of experience in addiction recovery at Serenity Knolls, and I currently practice both at Rosebay, serving high-acuity clients, and in my private practice, providing individualized care in a more personal setting. In addition to my clinical work, I have continued to expand my expertise through trainings in EMDR, mindfulness, working with distress in older clients, and other evidence-based approaches. Before transitioning into psychotherapy, I built a career in education as a middle school teacher and high school principal. Born and raised in Marin County, I remain deeply connected to my community through coaching youth sports and enjoying friendly competition on the bocce court.
